Okay I apologize for my joke. But as you might have guessed, your reading challenge is to read the latest issue of a magazine.
Today’s challenge:
Any print or online magazine you like will do, so this could be the perfect time to catch up on your favorite. If you want something quick, might I suggest one of my personal favorite, The Offing. (I consider an issue to be the front page.)

I enjoy food magazines, so I checked out the latest issue of Bon Appetít from Libby (side note: I didn't realize Libby had a function to make it easier to read magazine articles on your phone, I will definitely be checking out more that way). I've found a couple new recipes to try - the one I'm most intrigued by is Scallion-Speckled Rice.
